For any level of fitness:

Mat class in small groups (max. 5 participants)

Personal training adapted to your needs. Performed on the Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair, Foam Arc, Stability Ball, Balance Pads, TRX.

The Method

Focusing on posture and breath, we target our core control and strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. We increase our body awareness and move more efficiently and gracefully.
