Personal training adapted as desired and required. Performed on the Mat, Reformer, Tower, Konnector, Chair, Arc, Stability Ball, Balance Pads, TRX, Fascia balls, etc.

The Method

With an inward based focus on posture and breathing, control, strength, coordination and balance are targeted. Body awareness increases as ease, fluidity and efficient movement develop.
